Happy Hips

 

 

Are tight or painful hips preventing you from doing what you love or moving through life with ease? Are you experiencing chronic pain, trouble sleeping, or - here's the big one we all have experienced- difficulty walking after sitting? We've got you!

 

This 4-class session is focused on keeping your hips happy and healthy. We will use Pilates exercises, foam roller, balancing, weights, and stretching to target tight hips: the flexors and rotators. The goal is to reduce pain and increase mobility.

 

You will be guided through these sessions using Pilates equipment by a skilled Pilates teacher with years of experience working with the specific instabilities of hips and how to best address and mitigate pain and tightness.

This Pilates class is perfect to assist in gaining greater ease of movement in your hip, and moving through your life with less pain!
