MELT

MELT stands for: Myofascial, Energetic, Lengthening Technique. MELT is a gentle, self-care/off

body technique, using soft tools, that enhances mobility, stability, and flexibility. The M.E.L.T. Foot Treatment is a systematic approach to releasing myofascial trigger points and restoring the integrity of the tissue in the feet.

The MELT Method is a system that is proven to reduce chronic pain, and inflammation, while restoring

balance, and improving overall wellbeing.

 

MELT is designed to safely manipulate and rehydrate the connective tissue and myofascial matrix of the body, it stimulates movement of the lymph to decrease swelling, stiffness, and improves overall functionality of the lymph system to promote healing. MELT is a self-care technique that everyone can benefit from and enjoy!

MELT at KELP uses foam rollers, MELT balls and a skilled instructor to guide you through specific techniques.
